1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Osmium's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Osmium provides branding, web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, and digital content services. All services are subject to separate agreements and proposals that outline specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Osmium or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Osmium retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to Osmium for use in projects
• Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Osmium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico.

10. Changes to Terms

Osmium reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
